1. Consultation

Once we have a start date scheduled and contract finalized, we’ll schedule a consultation to go over things like your current marketing strategy, target market, business goals, and more. This consultation will lay the foundation for your marketing plan, and allow us to develop a strategy that is customized to your specific business and audience.

2. Research

The research phase is essential in creating a marketing strategy that is tailored to the needs of your business. We’ll find out what social media channels your target customers are the most active on, what they’re interested in and interacting with online, and what standouts in your industry are doing. We’ll also analyze how your current customers are finding you online, and how your current marketing strategies are effecting your business. At the end of the project, you’ll receive a report of this data.

3. Strategy

Now that we have a deep understanding of your business and customers, we’ll develop a plan of action for your new digital marketing strategy. You’ll receive access to a Google Sheet with a calendar detailing the first 2-4 weeks of your inbound marketing strategy. We’ll schedule a call to go over the schedule with you and discuss how it will help you reach your business goals. You’ll probably leave this call with some homework to do before we can finally get to work implementing your strategy.

4. Execution

Once a plan is in place and we have everything we need to implement it, we’ll schedule a start date. For the first 2-4 weeks of your new digital marketing strategy, everything will be planned a week in advance. This gives us a chance to analyze the results, evaluate how things are working, and make any necessary changes. After the first few weeks, you’ll receive entire monthly plans in advance so that you can give input before we execute. More of a DIY type? You and/or a designated employee can be taught how to plan and implement the strategy yourselves.
