I like to be involved as early as possible! This helps ensure that we’re all on the same page with project scope, timelines, cost, and my availability.
Just ask! You can click here to get in touch about white label services. Once we have a working relationship, you can just send me an email to inquire about my availability.
We’ll communicate through email and any project management tool we agree on before the project begins. I am also available for scheduled weekly check-in calls throughout the project.
When we agree to work together on a project, we’ll also agree on the amount of availability I’ll have throughout the duration of our project. My standard availability is Monday through Friday 9am – 5pm CST. I generally respond to all emails and requests within 24 hours. Expanded availability and faster response times can be negotiated for more in-depth or rushed projects.

My fees are project-based and I generally require a 50% deposit upfront before I begin any work. Your final invoice will be due 30 days after the project is complete.
I have standard contracts that I ask all of my white label clients to sign. It goes over things like how we will work together, what will be expected of both of us, and payment terms. It also states that I will have no rights to any of the work I produce for your agency and will not display it in any public portfolio.
